The thing that kills me about each of these "new" diets, is that they are the same things that came 15 to 20 years ago. Keto is just Atkin's, isn't it? A few differences here and there, sure. Then there was Paleo a little while ago, which was really just a whole foods diet... who knows what's going on anymore? Then, they all claim to be the healthiest thing for your body, and that this diet and only this diet will recharge you, make you feel ten years younger and full of vivacious energy!
Want to lose weight? Eat more plants, cut your calories to a reasonable deficit, and start working out. It's that simple. Is there a gimmick to whatever you're reading? Yes, then it won't work long-term. Does what you're reading require you to work hard for a sustained amount of time for slow results? No, then it's a fad that won't work in the long-run. Quit falling for advertising and false promises.
Or...don't. Eat the live rabbit because that's what our healthy caveman ancestors did.
